Christie's Education is committed to providing a supportive environment for its students, takes a positive attitude to the management of students' physical and mental health, and recognizes that the wellbeing of students is critical to their learning, academic achievement and wider student experience. Students who have accepted an offer on our Master's programmes at Christie's Education are required to read the Student Protection Plan and confirm that they have read and understood the full terms outlined in the document. This plan sets out the measures put in place to protect students and has been approved by our regulator the Office for Students (OfS) and our validating body The Open University.
The Refund and Compensation Policy should be read in conjunction with the Student Protection Plan as it sets out the principles that Christie’s Education Ltd. (“CE”) will apply if it is no longer able to provide continuation of study for some or all of its students because of an event that has triggered the Student Protection Plan. Students who have accepted an offer on our Master's programmes at Christie's Education are required to read the Refund and Compensation Policy and confirm that they have read and understood the full terms outlined in the document.
Christie’s Education is committed to providing, maintaining and enhancing a high quality educational experience. CE welcomes the opportunity to correct mistakes, clarify misunderstandings and to respond positively and constructively on any occasion when students feel the need to express dissatisfaction with a particular service or other aspect of CE provision. The Student Complaints Procedure document sets out the procedures for investigating and resolving complaints where students believe they have a legitimate concern.
